♢You can upgrade your shipping to priority mail which takes 1-3 business days. No guarantee by USPS.

{LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES}
♢♢♢ We prepare each package individually to make sure everything proper and secure. We use white mail bags for smaller items and/ or hard boxes.

♢♢♢After USPS receives the packages from us, we are no longer responsible from packages for Lost, Delay, or and any damages due to USPS.
Unfortunately we can not control USPS or locate any package. However receiver can call their postal services with their provided tracking number and get information about the shipment.


{INTERNATIONAL ORDERS}
FOR international orders we use USPS first class which is the most reasonable price. It usually takes 10 -15 business days to most countries but depends on your customs it may take up to month. We are not responsible any of your custom fees. If your tracking number shows that your item is stuck in your customs, you probably need to contact them and ask for the fees for release.

Because we are selling personal, custom, and seasonal products, we do not accept returns. We check each item before we package and we make sure the item is perfect before shipping.
Please check the size and measurement and read listing descriptions carefully and convo me if you have questions before you order the items.
Size exchange may be available on specific items with your shipping expenses. All custom, personalized, made to order items excluded for size exchange.

Glitter vinyl tops:
You can wash in machine inside out and better if air dry on flat surface.

Embellished tops:
Hand wash is always better for embelished tops to keep the jewels, rosettes..etc. in perfect condition. Air dry on flat surface.

Returns and Exchanges
We Gladly accept exchanges.
Contact to us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back unworn tags on it in original packaging within 5 days delivery, If any exchanges accepted by the seller, buyers are responsible for both way shipping costs. If the item was not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We don't accept returns.
If any problem, please contact to us within 3 days of delivery.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
