Welcome to LinderCroft’s Sticks and Stuff where you will find simple, yet elegant handcrafted hairsticks, walking sticks, crochet hooks, knitting needles, soaps, and other miscellaneous items created by me, Linda Foley. Nearly all my products are recycled. Most of the wood I use comes from dead trees in the forest. Bones and fur come from animals that are used for food or antlers that are dropped naturally every year - nothing is deliberately destroyed to make my products. All my products are made in the USA, on my own small piece of earth, and all of my items are one of a kind. My goods are handcrafted, not mass produced, so you are sure to find items that can be treasured heirlooms for years to come.

I finish almost all my wood products with a system that takes 3 days to a week to finish, using different grades of sandpaper down to 1500 grit. These are handmade so each is slightly different and there are small imperfections. However, I take pride in my work and all my products are exceptionally smooth and well made. My sticks look awesome in the hair or as shawl sticks.

The bone items are made very similar to the wood items. These too are worked much like the wood with penetrating oils and are polished to a natural glossiness. Bone polish up much easier than wood and they have a higher sheen than wood without added wax.

~NOTE~ I can add a 1/32” to 3/64" hole in the flat side of the blunt end of any stick you order. If you would like me to add this hole, please leave a message to buyer when you purchase

~NOTE~ I reuse packing material to reduce cost and waste.
