Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase or item will be re-listed. I currently only accept PayPal payments. It is secure, quick, and easy to use. As soon as payment clears, I will begin to package and ship your purchase.
Please allow up to five business days for me to process, package, and ship your order.
Domestic shipment is made via First Class Mail through the USPS and takes approximately 3-5 days. Delivery confirmation is included. Please contact me before payment if you would like to upgrade your shipping method for an additional fee.
International shipping is generally done via First Class International Mail through the USPS, and takes around 2 weeks. Tracking is not available for international shipments. Please contact me before payment if you would like to upgrade your international shipping method for an additional fee.
The buyer is responsible for all customs and duty fees.
Items will be shipped to your PayPal address, so please make sure it is correct! Let me know if you wish for me to ship the item elsewhere.

Refunds and Exchanges
I would be happy to solve any problems you have with an item. If you are not satisfied with your shipment, I will accept returns. You will be responsible for return postage. If a package is lost or damaged, I will replace the item at no additional cost to you. The replacement item will be shipped as soon as I receive the damaged item back in the mail (for damaged packages). Customer service is my #1 priority and I want you to be happy with your purchase! :)

Feedback: Please fill out the feedback section so I am able to see that you were happy with your purchase, and that you received it on time. I want to hear all feedback, good or bad, so I can adjust things as necessary. It's the only way I know how I'm doing, and if I need to improve a certain standard, item, or policy.
Colors may differ from the colors on your computer screen. I will try to be as clear as possible about item descriptions, and any questions or concerns you have should be addressed before you purchase. Feel free to convo me about anything!
