LisaLYDESIGNS' Shop Policies

Payment

LYDesigns only excepts Pay Pal. Please provide payment within 3 days of purchase. If payment is not made within 3 days, your order will be cancelled and will return to our shop. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Shipping

There is a flat rate of $4.00 for all U.S. USPS First Class Insured packages. All items are carefully secured in gift boxes and Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Please convo me if you need priority (2-3 days) or overnight shipping.

~International Orders ship via First Class Airmail, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Please check that your address is correct when paying for an order. If you would like your order to be shipped to a different address, please state so in the "message to seller".

Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt.

All returned items must be in their original condition and shipped in their original packaging. Items that are tangled or damaged will not be accepted. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
