Do you combine shipping?

Absolutely!

And in fact, if we see that I can ship your order using a lower price without compromising time, I will go ahead and ship it that way, passing along the savings to you!

You will also be provided with a tracking number when your order ships so that you can see its journey.

Do you ship internationally?

Definitely, for most items!

Shipping options are available at check out and although I do our best in estimating cost, if I find estimation has been incorrect, I will refund any substantial overages.

Do you have a return policy?

I hope you enjoy your vintage (and new to you) find and I want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. And should you have any concerns or questions, please contact me so that I can assist in any way I can.

If your item arrives in less than satisfactory conditions or damaged, please take photos of your package as it arrived and of internal items.

If a claim needs to be filed, the courier needs documentation and photographs become priceless and we will need these to help along this process.

Communication and honesty is key and I will certainly work with you to come to an agreeable arrangement.

What are your thoughts on online shopping being a contributing factor to our environment?

I am conscientious of paper waste and acknowledge that shipping boxes, fillers, and paper add quite a bit to our landfills, at times unnecessarily so.

With the mindset of being resourceful and eco-friendly, I often use recycled paper, previously used shipping boxes, air pockets and bubbles. You may see boxes and envelopes reused or find your receipts printed on recycled paper too.

I am diligent in my efforts to ensure shipping materials are structurally sound and of course clean. My main goal is for your treasured items to arrive safely!

I hope this is a welcomed policy and should you feel the same, I welcome you recycle as you see fit!

What shipping companies to you use?

Typically, I use USPS while taking the liberty to use the most effective method options from USPS, FedEx or UPS as long as the expected time for delivery would not differ from what you expect! Most often, this occurs for larger items.
