Payment
We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases. I will only accept PayPal and payments via Paypal (major credit cards). For more detailed steps about payment, you may refer to http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php
If payment hasn't been received in 3 days I will cancel the order.

Singapore: 2-3 days
Australia, New Zealand: 6-8 days
Item will be placed in an organza gift bag, then bubbled wrapped and send out by registered mail for all countries unless otherwise stated in the description. A registered article number will be provided for you to trace the parcel.
If you would like the item to be sent out in a gift box, you can purchase it at the 'Gift Box' section at additional price.
I will ship out the item based on the address in the Etsy transaction once payment is cleared. Please convo me to make payment arrangement first if you would like to send the item to a different address.
Please be aware that your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes. Although I do pay to ship the item to you, as the seller I do not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.
Please note that any custom duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item, please contact me within SEVEN days of receipt of the item to discuss the reason. I will do my best to resolve the issue. I shall review case by case basis.
For return, customer will has to borne the shipping cost. And I will arrange a refund LESS the cost of shipping.
