***TURN AROUND TIME FRAME***
I create each and every piece specially for you! Please note shipping time frame as I update it according to my workload; my current turn around time is 5-10 working days for creation plus shipping time. Weekends and holidays not included as I reserved these days for family. Orders will be filled in the order received no exceptions. No rushing please, as I like to make sure I send out a quality product. Thank you for understanding. For any questions and concerns please be sure to email me through the Etsy "contact seller " option, as I do not follow up with regular e-mail as often as I would like.
*Any shipping promotions are only valid for shipments within the USA. Not Valid with wholesale orders and/or rushed orders.

***SIZING****
* Please make sure you provide sizing for your headbands. If no sizing is provided at time of check out I will ship a Toddler size headband.

***RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY***
Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. I do not accept returns,as I create each piece to order. If for some reason you are completely dissatisfied with your product, please contact me and we will work something out.
*As each item is hand-made to order specially for you, returns will incur a 30% re-stocking fee.
*Please make sure you ask questions prior to purchase, I'll be more than happy to answer everything you would like to know about my pieces. Always feel free to contact me with any concerns.
*Custom orders are final, no exceptions.
*Shipping fees are not refundable on any returns or exchanges. Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred when returning an item.
* Absolutely no returns or/exchanges on seasonal merchandise.
