Currently, items ship within 7-10 days after receiving payment, NOT including Sundays or holidays, & take between 2-5 days in the US for shipping transit. International shipping generally takes longer depending on your country. Items cannot be shipped on Sundays or holidays & may take an additional day to ship because of this.
Need your order quicker than the current turn-around times? Rush orders are available for $10 on a limited basis. If you need a rush order, please convo me or e-mail customercare [!at] littlestarsweeper.com PRIOR to placing your order. I will give you an estimated shipping time at that point to ensure it is within the time frame you desire.
Insurance is available upon request (and recommended!) for all orders. Please contact me before ordering so I can adjust the pricing to reflect insurance (which varies depending on order size/location).
All items are handmade to order, with attention to every detail to ensure you receive a quality product that will last. Also, please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly on different monitors.
