I love to make THINGS! When I can I love to recycle, reuse, and repurpose. I love to make things functional and useful and to be stylish as well.
*Paypal is preferred.
*Prompt payment is appreciated. Items not paid for within 3 days of the purchase will be relisted.
*Payment for custom made items is due when item is complete and I have notified you.
Shipping Cost is as listed with item. This cost covers basic USPS service. If you would like to upgrade to certified, insured or any other carrier, please notify me and I will adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
LOCAL: If you are in the OKC Metro Area, I would gladly waive the shipping costs and find a convenient location for you to retrieve your items. Please email me for these options.
I will ship within 3 days of purchase. I do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. Beware that I live in Oklahoma and if snow even breaths on a tree we shut down. Its rare, but it happens.
I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. I will not refund the item. If the item is returned to my address I will contact you and attempt to remail. If for some reason it decided to travel the country before landing in your mail box 3 weeks later, please contact me and let me know you got it.
Refunds and Exchanges
I understand that a picture doesn't always do something justice and also doesn't always show every detail. If you get your item and its just not quite what you thought it would be, or if it doesn't fit well. Please contact me immediately. If contacted within 30 days you can recieve a full refund for the item (not shipping) and we will split the return shipping fee.
3 month damage policy. Since I'm not a machine, my hands aren't perfect. If what you purchased starts falling apart, please contact me immediately. I will repair this item for you free of charge and split the shipping cost. If it falls apart completely and is not repairable (and there are no signs of malicous doing) I will only refund 50% of the item's cost.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you custom order an item and you aren't satisfied with the product of my creativity, that is OK, we can start over or try something new. Sometimes your vision doesn't meet my vision and thats ok. It won't hurt my feelings.
With the right attitude we can solve any problem!
