Many of my pieces are made-to-order, allowing me to make custom adjustments for you. Let me know if you'd like an item made longer or shorter, or if you have absolutely any other questions or requests.
» Chains can be adjusted on almost all necklaces. There is no charge for adjustments up to 36" on plated + brass chains, or up to 24" on sterling silver +14k gold filled necklaces. Longer lengths may have a small fee.
» Bracelets can all be adjusted longer or shorter, free of charge.
» Earwires can be switched on almost all of my earrings- if you have allergies or prefer a certain style (leverback, clip-on, french wire, kidney wire, etc) just let me know. There's no charge for switching styles in the plated + brass metals, and a small charge ($2-$4) for upgrading to sterling silver, 14k gold filled, or hypoallergenic niobium. Niobium is the most hypoallergenic metal and is available in bronze or antique silver color- you will not be allergic, guaranteed!

Looking for a special piece of jewelry for your wedding? Need multiple items for your bridesmaids and flower girls? I can often offer a discount for bridal parties and I would love to design the perfect custom jewelry for you, too! Please feel free to contact me with any ideas or requests you may have. Most of my pieces can be altered and I can often make items similar to those in my "sold" section.

» CREDIT + DEBIT CARDS: All major cards accepted, please contact me if you have any questions or need assistance with checkout.
» PAYPAL: Pay via credit/debit card. Payments linked to a bank account (eChecks) may take up to a week to clear. If you need any assistance just drop me a note.
» CHECK (US Only) or MONEY ORDER: Please allow time for your check to clear before shipping. All funds in US dollars, please contact me if you're outside the US.
» New York State residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax.

Discount codes can be entered during checkout. If you have a gift certificate, please contact me prior to ordering or leave your code in the "message to seller" box during checkout and I will email you a PayPal invoice if a balance remains.

Orders are shipped within one week of purchase, most sooner. Large, custom, or bridal party order may take a bit longer. I am always happy to accommodate deadlines and expedited shipping methods are available, just drop me a note!

All orders shipped within the US include a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Delivery times dependent upon location and customs. Please allow extra time "just in case". Priority Mail upgrades and tracking are available for International orders, please contact me for rates prior to ordering. (Standard international tracking is included with all purchases but will stop updating once your package leaves the US).
Customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International shipping times can vary greatly so please allow extra time just in case. Please contact me should there be a problem with your package (ie: lost/late/damaged) and we'll replace or find a solution- no worries! ♥
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to L-O-V-E your jewelry! If you are not head over heels when that little package arrives, please contact me asap (within 3 days) for an exchange or replacement. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees- unless I totally messed something up- sorry!! (Custom & bulk orders cannot be exchanged, deposits are usually non-refundable). Please read all descriptions- especially length and size- before purchasing. Questions? Adjustments? I am always happy to help. ♥
