Thank you for visiting my little shop, I’ve been making jewellery for a few years now using a self taught technique of bending wire and sewing in beads. It’s a technique I’m not sure how I came up with, but seems to lend itself to making almost anything. It has made birthdays and Christmas presents for friends and family very easy over the last few years, using their interests and hobbies to inspire the jewellery.
The handmade nature of the pieces means that no two pieces are alike and each one has taken a lot of time, love and attention, which I hope is fairly reflected in the prices.
If you cant see what you are looking for or want a special commission, please contact me. I love custom orders. They give me the opportunity to try something new that I may not have thoughts of.
I will work my hardest to get everyone's orders out as quickly as humanly possible. If you need something by a specific date, no worries, message me and I will do my best to accommodate.
I accept Paypal and bank transfer.
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. All items must be paid within 3 working days or sale will be cancelled.
I will ship within 2-3 business days of cleared payment received. I often dispatch on the same day. Within the UK shipping is via 1st class Royal Mail. Outside the UK shipping is via Airmail, this typically takes between 3 and 10 days outside of the UK.
On customs charges > Each customer is responsible for any potential import fees levied by their countries border control.
Packages are tracked within the UK, however to keep the postage cost down I do not insure any packages or apply for signed for service. If you would like any of these options, please include in "note to seller" upon purchase and I can get back to you with cost.
Items will be shipped to your ETSY ADDRESS! So please make sure that it's correct.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you feel I have misdescribed my item(s) or if your item(s) are faulty then you are entitled to a replacement or full refund for the individual product. please contact me within 30 days from the date of payment and I will be happy to address and resolve any problems.
I will refund you or provide a replacement on the item and postage costs only after I receive the item(s) from you.
If something needs to be returned please always get a receipt of postage, in case they get lost in the post.
