Lulan Artisans products fuse contemporary design with centuries-old weaving techniques of Southeast Asia. Our holistic approach honors the rhythms, growth cycles and regional specificity of our weavers and their all-natural materials.
Lulan is a social venture to produce sustainable livelihoods through financial anchors in the artisans' communities. "We not only respect tradition but represent a new way forward by creating systemic change for the entire community and allow thousands of local artisans to seize their opportunity of a stable future." We use design and textiles as vehicles in which to do social change. Lulan believes that beauty is intricately interwoven with sustainability.
