Like Mother Like Daughter

My mother used to make dresses from t-shirts and puff-paint, and made my prom dress when I couldn't find something I liked. She was a cross-stitcher, then a crocheter and then a quilter - and I suppose that had more of an impact than I might have initially acknowledged. I have inherited her passion for creating things with my own hands.
