♥♥Luscious Lather has been making donations to Samaritan's Purse to help the people of Haiti.♥♥This is their update to me: They helped close to 100,000 people in 25 days. They provided SHELTER, MEDICAL CARE, FOOD & WATER. 20,000 makeshift homes are now covered in heavy-duty blue plastic to keep out the coming rains. Treated over 1,500 survivors in one church, opened a clinic in another church, carried medical supplies to remote towns via helicopter. Delivered 250 tons of rice to thousands of families and delivered food to over 40 orphanages. Set up large-scale water filtration systems in 10 locations which provide water to more than 20,000.
