Hello there sweet spring and all of its sunshine.

It is a busy time for me, preparing for some upcoming art shows and traveling. I've got some new animals in the making, like foxes and elephants. I'm also working on some teacup sets so one may enjoy a cookie or two with their cup of tea!

All crocheted animals are now made with recycled yarns. I gather the yarn from gently worn sweaters that need new life. I'm forever searching for new colors and textures of yarns in thrift & consignment stores. Some of the sweaters are so amazing and so ugly and it's neat to see them turn into these new little animals. I've found that i get a much wider variety of yarns rather than shopping in yarn stores.

All animals are crocheted and assembled by myself. I occasionally get help from my grandmothers and best friend to assist me in sewing on the button eyes. My one grandma is particularly good at unwinding the sweater pieces in preparation for me to crochet with. I am lucky to have such help.

I crochet and assemble all animals in my home. I have one cat who enjoys my company while I work. If you are interested in purchasing an animal and have a severe pet allergy, please let me know and i can work from another site.

I would be happy to make animals for special people on special occasions. Just email me to let me know specifics and give me 1-2 weeks for creation and delivery.
