All orders come with a free gift box, a business card, and a policy notice to prompt you to action if problems occur. Some orders will include a free polishing cloth. If you need a special message with your gift, I will be happy to handwrite, long or short, your message at no extra cost on a mini-card. They will never have a tag or invoice. They will always be perfectly ready to give as gifts exactly the way you receive them.
❤ SHIPPING PACKAGE ❤
All orders will be addressed from your Etsy account address. PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR NAME & ADDRESS. U.S. & International packaging will ship in the poly bubble mailer or corrugated mailer.
Buyers, a returned mail package to a seller that your error address isn't right. You must pay the shipping fee again. Contact me if you send the error address before shipping. Please check your invoice's address and email.
All international mail packages will be photographed before shipping to prevent complaints & to show proof of your pre-mailed order. If you have not received your item in a month,
CONTACT ME. I will give you a report of details about where your internationally shipped package might be.

I am one woman who works two hands & overseas suppliers from Honolulu, HI. All jewelry items are handmade by me & which takes a little time.
All non-holiday orders will be ready to ship by USPS in 1 or 2 business days; sometimes often the same day.
US First Class Mail: No parcel post, no transfer partner with DHL. or anything else.
Normal Times to any US States:
-First Class: 4 to 10 Days (no more than 10 days)
-Priority Mail: 3 to 4 Days (Not guaranteed)
-Express Mail: 1 to 2 Days (Not guaranteed; if you're lucky, some have received in 1 day!)
International Times:
-First Class Mail: 2 to 3 Weeks (may delay up to a month)
-Not available others shipping methods because of the high prices.
❤ SIZING DETAILS ❤
Please check your neck and wrist size carefully before making purchase. Its very important that you know which measurement will fit you right. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, look at this YouTube video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kZkaRJQS5U&t=8s ) for proper fitting. If you only need to measure the jewelry, try to use a sewing measure tape or ruler, that way you can choose the right sizes. If you have trouble PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST and I will help you decide what's best.
For example, if you choose a bracelet at 6.5"-7.5", it means the bracelet will be actually at 6.75". This includes the charm, cord, clasps, & end loop; then I add a 1" extender chain. There's no extra cost for the extender chain; its FREE!
❤ RETURN ITEM & REFUNDS ❤
Free returns, if you're a USA domestic buyer and you're not happy with your purchase; just let me know immediately. You have 14 days to confirm a return after you receive your mail package. Earlier is the best way to resolve quickly. You will not be charged for returning any item. Make sure you have a printer and your address is accurate. Etsy will send you a pre-paid shipping return label. Once you print out the shipping label, apply it to the original padded package (must be under 5oz). Then drop it off at USPS's office or box. Read more below before returning the package...
❤ BEFORE RETURNING THE PACKAGE ❤
For full refunds, please return clean and unworn; must be shipped back in the original packaging. Items must be securely padded (never flat) and packed tightly as you received them. Delicate necklaces need to be taped on paper so that they will not end up tangled when returned.
ALL earrings, however, are NOT refundable, NOR are there any EXCHANGES on earrings. I cannot reuse returned earrings because I cannot ensure hygienic purity. I can issue a duplicate order, however.
ALL custom orders and/or wholesale orders are NOT refundable, either.
❤ REPAIR/DAMAGED ITEM DETAILS & FEEDBACK POLICY ❤
All items have been carefully checked for detail, quality, sizing, color, and/or engraving before shipping.
If you received a broken unworn item, please take photos to provide factual proof. PLEASE do not leave negative feedback before contacting me first! I always try to help with most issues and make things right by you. Try to be open-minded, so we can communicate quickly and efficiently. Please don't hesitate to contact me; Lychee Kiss has friendly customer service that genuinely cares more for your needs.
Mistakes DO happen sometimes, as no one is perfect. If you accidentally break the item, please send photos as proof of the issue and explain clearly in your message what happened. We can give you the best answers for you, then!
❤ JEWELRY CARE & TIPS ❤
Always take off before showering, bedtime, going beach, physical activity, or getting wet by rain. I would also stay away from wet surroundings. Also, never pry the jewelry pieces apart.

If you're a serious buyer, looking for serious jewelry pieces to buy, then this is not the right place for you. I recommend you look somewhere else, like under "Finest handmade jewelry" or, "higher-end jewelry". My shop is very affordable and inexpensive because there is a demand for DECENT PIECES AT DECENT PRICES. The idea is to make jewelry without spending a lot on gifts for others or yourself.
