Below is everything you ever wanted to know and maybe more than you want to know, is most likely answered below. But, If not please contact me.
Payment
Shipping goes out from California where I live and there's a 7.75% sales tax if you are also live in California. Otherwise, all out-of-state shipping there is no tax.
If you do not have a PayPal account to make a payment, please check out as a "guest" to bypass the PayPal information over to the Credit Card info.
Please include your phone number during checkout just in case you need to be reached in very rare circumstances.
Shipping
Packaging:
All prints are packaged carefully, fully protected in a cello sleeve and in cardboard for the larger prints or a stiff envelope for the smaller ones.
Original paintings are wrapped in bubble wrap, padded in the corners and shipped in a art box specifically made for paintings. I've been shipping my paintings all over the world for 20+ years, and no problems have happened to date.
Of course there could always be the rare odd circumstance where a package is damaged by the carrier, so please see refund policy below should this happen.
Shipping Schedule:
I will always put insurance on paintings. If you need an expedited service, please email me for a quote PRIOR to purchasing.
Carrier and Transit Time:
For Prints, Fed-Ex, 1-3 business days transit time depending on your proximity to California.
For Original Paintings, Fed-Ex, 1-6 business days transit time depending on your proximity to California.
Refunds and Exchanges

Loss or damage in shipping: In the case of an original painting, the customer gets a refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end. I insure all original paintings.
I will do exchanges on prints and originals at the same cost or more, and at your cost for shipping.
Exchanges are to be sent out with tracking/delivery confirmation within 1 week of receipt. You can exchange for any reason an artwork you received for a similar sized/valued artwork that is available in my Etsy shop.

All my original paintings are guaranteed hand painted by me and are one-of-a-kind.
All my giclee reproductions are of the highest quality archival inks and papers by Epson.
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, please contact me and we will work it out. I work with every customer to resolve any issues. I will always go the extra mile to make sure you are pleased!
Reproductions can be made-to-order of almost any size on canvas or watercolor paper.
