Hi! Welcome to our hat shop. Hats are our passion. We have been making them for over 25 years.

All Mad Cap Hats are handcrafted in Crystal Beach, Ontario Canada and we are very proud to use "Made in North America" fabrics almost 100% of the time!

Mad Cap Hats are built to block the sun and the snow but at the same time, they are built to offer comfort and style.

We have our Cotton fabrics professionally laundered to remove most shrinkage. Mad Cap Hats are washable but we recommend hand washing for best results.

If you know your hat size or head size, your hat will be custom made to fit your head. We will contact you after your order to direct you as to how to provide us with your head measurement. If most hats fit you, ours will too. Many of our styles are adjustable.
