***HOLIDAY "ORDER BY" DATES***
Canada: Order by December 12
US: Order by December 6
(US Orders up to December 11th are still likely to arrive by Christmas but not guaranteed.)
International: Order by November 26
Orders placed after these dates cannot be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. If you are ordering after these dates please message me for timing or to arrange expedited shipping.
Current processing times are approximately 5 business days, however I always try to get my orders done as soon as possible. I often get a rush of orders all at once, and each pair of ear cuffs takes time to hand craft. On occasion, processing time before shipping might be up to two weeks, although that is rare.

I accept paypal and direct checkout (VISA or MasterCard).
Most items are made to order at time of sale and I try and ship most items within5 business days, however it may be up to two weeks during peak times.
Custom orders or sizes may take longer, but I will keep the communication going and let you know exactly how long an item might take.
All items ship from Vancouver, Canada using Canada Post. If you would like expedited or upgraded shipping, please contact me for a quote. I will make a custom listing for you with the new shipping cost.
The "dispatch times" listed are from time of receiving payment. If you pay using paypal, the dispatch time is from the moment you order your item. If you use an alternate form of payment (such as eCheck) the dispatch time quoted is from the time that your funds clear.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds within 30 days of "estimated arrival date" (30 days + 3-10 days for shipping depending on your location). Please let me know if you would like a refund, and ship the item back to me. Once I receive the item in good condition, I will refund you the cost of the item minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If for some reason your item arrives damaged (I am very careful with my packaging, but you never know how it's treated once it leaves you) please take a picture and let me know the situation. Once I receive it back, I will repair the item or make a new one (depending on the situation) and ship the item back to you (which I will pay out of my own pocket).
Absolutely no returns or refunds on custom orders - this is because it usually costs me a lot of money to go buy the supplies specially for a custom order, and I put everything else on hold while I make the custom piece.

Similarly, if you see an item that you love, but would love it more in a different color, size, length, etc, let me know and I will accommodate you if at all possible.
