SHIPPING: Thank you for visiting our Etsy shop. All of our items are hand made and many are made to order to ensure a custom fit.
As a result, it can often be difficult to fulfill orders that are needed shortly. We aim to please though, and can accommodate orders with a quick turn around time by upgrading shipping to Priority for an additional $3.00 or a "Rush Order" charge of $5, depending on the situation.
Should you need your order less than 8 days from date of purchase, please message us ahead of time.
Items will ship as soon as possible, with a 3 week maximum order completion time. If you need your product sooner, please message us.
All shipping is done via USPS and will include a delivery confirmation/tracking number. MadiBeth Creations is NOT responsible for lost packages.
International shipping does NOT include tracking number.

Buyer MUST leave size needed in the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout. Without this information, it will cause a delay in processing your order. MadiBeth Creations will attempt to contact buyer once through an Esty Convo and once via e-mail to determine size.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with accurate measurements for custom orders. Should the measurements be incorrect upon receipt of the custom order, buyer will incur a re-do fee in the amount of 50% of the item cost. Therefore, please measure twice to ensure accuracy. We aim for nothing less than 100% positive feedback from our customers, and to accomplish this, we need accurate measurements when submitting order.
Due to the custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
