Because all my items are custom and/or personalized...my turn around time is usually 2 1/2 weeks. This is NOT a guaranteed time line....due to holidays, unforeseen events and being a stay at home mom of three, it may run a few days over!! Please be sure to contact me if you need your item(s) sooner and most times I can work with you. If your deadline is critical, please let me know. Magabys' Shop Policies

Payment

Payment is due 48 hours of purchase. I accept Paypal and Money Orders, but prefer Paypal. I can not start on any custom or personalized items until payment has been cleared.

Shipping

For customers paying with Paypal, I use USPS First Class shipping through Paypal which comes with a tracking number to stay on top of shipping time!!! If you would like your items faster, I will be more than happy to work with you! Shipping is available for gifts to alternate locations...just provide the recipients address and I can include a personalized gift card to accompany your gift(no extra charge). Insurance is always an option for $1.70.

Refunds and Exchanges

Personalized items are non-refundable so please be sure to double check the spelling of names and/or text before submitting. If you have other problems with your items we will do whatever it takes to have you satisfied with your purchase, exchange or refund.
