MagneticOriginals' Shop Policies

Welcome

I began to create my art on a magnetic media, because I see people put magnets on their art. I wanted to put my art on the magnet. I use only top quality archival 60 mil magnet vinyl. They stay strong and flat for decades. I use top quality Golden™ acrylic paints and mediums. I want to continue to spread the use of the magnetic media throughout the universe. I plan to be the first art on the walls of the International Space Station.

Payment

I take PayPal, Checks, cash in person only. I also take Visa, MasterCard, and Discover over the phone or by email if you choose. PAY ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PURCHASE. Failure to do so will result in products being re-listed. Payments must be complete in 5 days from date of purchase. If picking up your order, please call or email me before making payment and I will send you an invoice. If you are in the Twin Cities, you may call and arrange pickup or drop off with me. I am more than happy to deliver them to you if it isn't too far out of my way.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. Shipping is made by the USPS. If you want it shipped Fedex or UPS, I can do that too. On orders over $25 I have delivery conformation. Insurance is optional. On orders of $50 or more I will insure the package. You can also pick up your orders if you call ahead.

Refunds and Exchanges

All my art is 100% guaranteed. If your not happy, then I'm not happy! !00% satisfaction or I'll refund or exchange the piece(s). Return S/H will be paid by me. My art is very durable. I've never had anything get damaged in transit.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I do custom pieces and special orders if you wish. Send me a laser copy, in the finished size of the image, and I will customize anything you'd like. Payments on a custom piece must be received before the project starts. Standard sizes start at 4"x 6" for $15 on up depending on the number of elements used.
