DO YOU GIFT WRAP YOUR PACKAGES?

Yes, always. Your item will arrive wrapped and packaged well. If you are sending to someone special, I will gladly include a gift card with your personal message. Just leave any notes in your order notes and comments.

CAN YOU ADD NAMES AND MONOGRAMS?

Yes, certainly on most items. I am not charging for camping text and quote changes at this time. For custom names, I have many options for custom and personalized orders, especially on fabric selections, names, monograms and quotes. Sometimes embroidery space may limit your options. I will be happy to work with you on any special requests.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? HOW WILL IT SHIP? IS TRACKING INFO PROVIDED?

● I ship by your Order's Ship By Date indicated in your Etsy Order Invoice and Details. This information can be found under 'Purchases' in 'Your Account' information. You will see a Ship By Date.
● Typically all orders are shipped within 3-5 BUSINESS days; Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
● I provide tracking information on all orders so you can feel more confident making a purchase.
● I may be able to move your order up in the queue. Please send me a convo before you order just to be sure.
● I ship using USPS First Class Mail and if over 15 ounces, I use USPS Priority Mail. If you need faster shipping, please send me a convo to discuss other options.

WHAT DOES QUALITY MEAN TO ME?

● Everything
● I hand make ALL dish drying mats, pillows, makeup mats and ornaments including all fabric selection and cutting, machine sewing and embroidery, quilting, hand stuffing and hand sewing.
● I triple check for loose threads before I package and ship to you.
● All work is done in the Making Something Happy studio with Bernina and Brother machines.
● My studio is pet and smoke free.

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE A PILLOW INSERT?

No, I hand stuff all pillows for you.

DO YOU SELL YOUR FABRIC?

Yes, sometimes. I really enjoy searching the world for rare and out of print fabrics for my studio. Sometimes I have enough to share. Please send me a convo if you are interested.

DO YOU SEW AND EMBROIDER EACH ORDER?

Yes, I do everything myself with my Brother and Bernina embroidery and sewing machines. My items are not Ready to Ship, unless they are indicated as such or found in my special Ready to Ship section. I keep all fabrics and towels on hand and do not need to order any supplies before I begin your order. I embroider and sew as the orders come in and in the order they come in. You will get an Etsy email when I ship your item.
