Care instructions

Almost all my items are hand wash only items due to all the fun decorations.
I get asked often how to wash tutus. Spot clean tutus but if they get really dirty, run the dirty areas through cold water under the bath faucet and hang dry on a hanger. Some glitter will come off but overall, this is the best way to clean them without ruining them.
Never put them in the washing machine or dryer.

What is the difference between a lined and unlined top?

An unlined top is perfect for little babies. Its a stretchy crochet top and is see through. A lined top, has an extra soft elastic cotton lining on the inside to make the top a little thicker and not see through.

What is the current turnaround time?

The turnaround time for each item is listed in the description under the shipping info. It is also listed on the top front page of my shop, my policies and in the notes when you check out. The turnaround time is the time it takes for me to make and item. It does not include the shipping time.

Sizing details

The waist measurements for tutus are listed in the description. The waist can be slightly adjusted. I always recommend to go with the size your girl is currently in. If she is small to average, go with the smaller size and if your girl is a little bigger, go with the bigger size. Most of my sizes go a little further than stated so do not worry too much :)

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

I do my best to package everything safely so it will not get damaged in transit but once in a while it may occur. Although due to my items being special occasion items, I have a no return policy, if an item arrives damaged or defective please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and let me know of the issues. A photo of the damage may be required. After 24 hours, unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
