I send all packages via first class mail (state Slovak post) or DHL express (you can choose).
Estimate shipping time for regular post
Europe - 1-3 weeks
USA - 2-4 weeks
Other countries - 3-5 weeks

Unclaimed packages and forced returns.
I don't offer refunds on packages that were not claimed (not picked up) by customer.
In case customer refuses to pay VAT, custom duty or any other shipping tax upon arrival of the package I consider this as forced return.

RETURNS
Due to EU distance selling laws you can return items within 14 days after purchase.
Due to certain health, safety, and hygiene guidelines, earrings are not eligible for returns or exchange.
All other items must be returned in original packaging unworn and in perfect condition. Shipping cost from buyer to seller is non refundable.
Jewelry care instructions
I highly recommend to follow these tips:
- store your jewelry in poly zip lock bags
- don't wear it on sports, pools, salty water, shower
- don't put it in humid places (like bathroom) for a long time - it will tarnish quickly
- polish jewelry with special cloth regularly to avoid tarnishing
- don't expose jewelry to everyday chemicals such as hair products, cosmetics, perfumes, washing solutions, bleach, or direct sunlight, as they are likely to damage them
