Please note that you are ordering handcrafted, made to order, accessories. All orders are processed in the order received. I am a mommy of two baby girls, and alone, make each item, answer emails, package and ship. With this being said, I do my very very best to get you your fabulous accessories as quickly as possible, while still paying extreme attention to detail. I am confident that you will find it worth the wait and will be pleased with a product that is made with high quality materials that will stand up to time. Do understand that I receive hundreds of orders and emails/convos a week, so please allow up to 48 hours for a response. The best way to reach me is through the “contact seller” feature here on etsy.

Please do not leave rush requests in the notes at checkout. Please contact me prior to ordering and I will confirm that I am able to accomodate your request. If you are ordering for a specific event, please take production time into consideration.

I ship all items USPS first class mail. Shipping is quoted by the Post Office as 2-5 days. Upgraded shipping is always available, please convo me prior to ordering for a quote. When your items ship, you will receive an email automatically from paypal with a tracking number. This is only if you have an email on file with paypal.

***IMPORTANT Info for INTERNATIONAL Customers:
I do ship Internationally, using USPS First Class International. There is NO TRACKING for International packages and NO timeframe given as to how long things will take to reach their International destination. By purchasing from me, and living outside of the US, you are acknowledging that your package will not be trackable. When it ships, your invoice will be marked “shipped” If you would like to upgrade to Registered, or Express International, which does provide tracking, please convo me before placing orders. This method of shipping does range anywhere from $20-$50. You can also go to usps.com for a confirmed quote.

****We greatly appreciate that you do not leave negative feedback in regards to production time that is within the stated time, or shipping, once you have received tracking information. Please contact us and we will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues.
***Please remember that some of our accessories are made with small parts such as rhinestones and buttons, so please do not leave children under the age of 3 unattended while wearing our items***
