Welcome to my shop!

You have just entered my world of color and pattern. I love to design! I have been a dabbling artist - or artsy fartsy, as some say -most of my life. Everything in my store is hand made and hand stitched. I recycle wool garments and pieces and everything is felted before use.

Please visit my profile and policies for additional info about me. I am happy to answer any questions about my items and send additional pictures if necessary.

Welcome

Thank you for showing interest in my shop. It is important to me that you love any piece you buy from me as much as I loved making it. Therefore, it is important to me that you are sure of colors, materials and the design before you get it home. I appreciate any conversation you want to have about a piece you may be interested in before you buy it. I want you to be happy!

Payment

I accept PayPal and money orders. Your order will be canceled if payment is not received within 4 days of placing your order. After payment is received, your order will be shipped out First Class with a delivery confirmation, within the next 3 business days.

Shipping

Shipment will go to your Etsy account address, not your PayPal account address. It is important that you make sure your PayPal and Etsy addresses are the same. If not, it will delay the shipping out of your order. If you want this shipped to a special address (i.e.-a gift) please let me know this at the time of checkout. Registered Mail and Insurance is OPTIONAL, but strongly recommended. Please let me know if you want these added before completing your purchase and paying through PayPal so I can give you a shipping quote. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS DURING TRANSIT.

Refunds and Exchanges

Each piece is a handmade design. All sales are final. Every order is carefully checked and packaged, but if in a rare instance, a mistake occurs, please contact me and return the item within 5 days of receipt in it's original packaging and I will ship you the correct item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please keep in mind that each monitor setting can display the items in a slightly darker or different color. These photos were NOT taken by a professional photographer and I do my best to give accurate photos of each piece when I prepare to list them. If you need more pictures or additional descriptions than what I have provided (before you purchase), please contact me and I will do my best to make it happen.

All items come from a smoke free home!!

Please note: Some of my art pieces do not have my new married name, but all have been created by me.

All designs are protected under Copyright and NOT transferable with a purchase.
