Thanks for visiting my shop!
If you have any questions regarding my shop policies or my shop in general, please feel free to convo me. It's my hope that all visitors have the best experience possible.

Payment

Payment should be sent upon ordering. If you expect a delay in my receipt of your payment please contact me.

Shipping

Is this a gift? Let me know and I'll be happy to include a short handwritten note on a small card for the lucky recipient. I wrap all of my jewelry in white tissue, brown kraft paper and ribbon or string. Larger items are wrapped in brown kraft paper.

All items will be packaged as securely as possible. Bulky items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard, small items will be shipped in a bubble mailer. Depending on whether or not the item is made to order, packages will be shipped between 1 and 5 days after purchase, via Canada Post (unless otherwise indicated in my shop announcement). I do my best to get them sent out as quickly as possible.

Items shipped within Canada or to the United States should arrive within 6-12 business days from the ship date. International shipping may take longer depending on the item and where it's headed. Please convo me with the item and your location if you need more specific information about this.

Unless otherwise requested, I will ship all items using BASIC SHIPPING (Canada Post Light Packet, Standard Letter, or Other Letter Post shipping DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING). If you would like expediated shipping, tracking or insurance on your item this will be an extra cost so please convo me before purchasing so that I can give you a quote and create a custom listing for you.

Any duties or customs charges that might be applied to international orders once they reach their destination are the responsibility of the buyer.

All purchases will be sent to your Etsy registered address unless otherwise indicated in the note to seller or via convo.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you feel your package has gone astray or are unhappy with its condition upon arrival please contact me and I will do my best to remedy the situation.

If it's a simple case of buyers remorse, I'll be happy to refund the original cost of the item if contacted within 3 days of your receiving the item. I'm not able to refund the original shipping cost. The purchaser will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the refund will not occur until the item has arrived back to me in its original condition.
