Mercedes White specializes in traditional French Macarons. Baking out of Park City, Utah, her goal is to introduce this fine french confectionery to Americans using the finest ingredients and an innovative approach to flavor.
Until October 6th her Macarons will be available for purchase on Sunday's at the Park Silly Farmer's Market in Park City and at on Thursdays at the University of Utah Farmers Market.
Local special orders are welcome.
For those outside Utah, we ship anywhere in the continental USA (and the macarons hold up great!).
