►Standard First Class Shipping: This is what is listed with all items in the shop, it is the most economical and arrives pretty quickly - between 2-5 days in the US depending on destination.. from about 1-4 weeks to International destinations (London is about 1.5 weeks, Singapore is about 3+ weeks, etc)
►UPGRADED Priority Shipping: Arrives in 2 business days in the USA once shipped as opposed to the First Class Shipping - Priority is $7 for most orders (check with us for large items like leash/collar sets, belts and the like). Priority shipping upgrades are also available for International destinations, please e-mail for specific quotes.
►EXPEDITED Shipping: Guaranteed USPS overnight shipping within the USA: $20 for most orders, please e-mail for more info
►RUSH Orders: We ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday after the 3-4 day turnaround, with a rush order, your items will ship the day after your order is placed, no matter the day of the week, except Sundays of course. So even if it's not one of our standard shipping days, we will send it out for you ASAP :) The Rush fee is $20.
♥ Dog collars and belts take a few extra days since they have an 8 step finishing process that has to dry and get buffed out between layers. You'll appreciate the difference! :)

Why isn't your leather completely waterproof? All leather is a natural skin, it retains moisture, gets dry and can warp and crack without proper care.. Just like us ;)
Leather in super rugged items like shoes, jackets and saddles are usually made with an Oil tanning process rather than the safer, more eco & health conscious Vegetable tanned process we support.
Then we use only the best eco & health conscious finishing products - eco-flo environmentally safe stains and varnishes. The varnishes are water-resistant but by no means waterproof. In order to get the permanent, water-proof finishes like you have on shoes, jackets and the like - we would have to use a toxic stain and finish that you can't even buy in California. It causes Cancer. Boo.
Sooo, we create a totally safe product that just needs a bit of your love and care. If it's a piece of jewelry or pet collar, remove before bathing, swimming, showering or hand washing.. if it does happen to get a splash on it, allow it to dry fully, don't wipe or rub it.
On all functional pieces, I add a conditioning creme to keep it supple and flexible and then a final layer of snow-proofing. This is a wax based polish that really helps protect the piece from the elements.
You may want to condition your pieces over time as the coats I've applied wear away, you can find wonderful conditioning cremes like Tandy's Leather Conditioner to make your pieces supple and rejuvenate them... This cream is a combination of natural and synthetic wax emulsions (with bees wax) and does an amazing job!
Please make sure to inspect the leather, clips d-rings and buckles on your collars and leashes for signs of wear and tear with use and age.
