Welcome and thank you for visiting my shop! I am Viola, the artisan behind Micky Chase Jewelry.
• TURNAROUND TIME:
Each order is carefully hand made with care and perfection! Please allow between 7-10 business days for your order to ship from my studio. Also allow for the postal service to snail deliver your order to you.
• RUSH ORDERS:
If you need your order super fast, please be prepared to pay extra for this service. Usual RUSH FEES start at $10.00 per order. Sometimes it may not be possible to offer Rush Service due to the holiday seasons or due to high volume in orders. •• EXTRA COSTS - PRIORITY MAIL AND EXPRESS OVERNIGHT SERVICE COST A LOT - BE PREPARED ••
• CUSTOM ORDERS:
You will receive a mockup sample of your personalized, custom order with 2-3 days of your order. I need your approval before your order will be put into production. Please be aware that individual computer screens may show a slight difference in colors, especially gray tones.
• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
No joking here - please plan well in advance of your wedding date. Shipment times have been noted to take up to 4 weeks to be delivered to addresses in Australia. For 1st Class Mail, tracking is only within the United States. In order to track direct delivery to international locations, Express Mail Service (up to $46.00) must be used.

CANCELLATIONS:
All orders are custom made to order. You can cancel your order 2 business days after order has been received. Just send me a convo and you will receive 100% full refund. On the 3rd business day, cancellations will receive a 50% refund.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 7-10 business days from order date.
CUSTOM ORDERS: (Monograms, Initials, Dates, Names, etc.) may take up to 2-3 weeks to complete. You will be sent a convo when your order is shipped along with the tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Please be aware that the shipping time for international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive to you. It is advantageous to plan accordingly. If you are getting close to your wedding deadline, please convo me for an estimate of express or priority mail shipping costs.
I do not want to see a disappointed bride, please plan with plenty of time for shipment travel times! It is out of my control and unfortunately, refunds will not be processed.
All international custom fees/costs/duties/import laws and regulations are your responsibility should they occur. It would be a shame to have your item confiscated by your customs office if your country's import laws are not upheld.
Please be aware of any custom fees that you may incur to avoid problems that prevent you from receiving your purchase. Unfortunately, unless your package is lost in transit (and confirmed via insurance search), no refunds are granted.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied, so I will do what I can to make sure that happens.
Please convo me if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason within 2 business days. You may return your purchase in original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund minus 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
CUSTOM ORDERS (Monograms, Initials, Dates, Names, etc.):
Custom orders can be canceled within 2 days from order date and receive a full refund. After the 3rd day, the sale is final and no refunds will be granted.
Additional Policies and FAQs
CARE OF YOUR SILVER PLATED CUFFLINKS:
Please keep your cufflinks in an airtight container to keep them from oxidizing with the air. Like all silver and silver plated objects, over time your cufflinks will oxidize and turn golden if left out in the open. Just clean and polish them with a jeweler’s cloth, they will again look shiny and new!

All original art designs are owned and copyright Viola Joyner / Micky Chase. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. I do my research to ascertain that vintage art used in my jewelry are in the public domain.

DISCOUNTS:
Discounts are available on purchase orders of 4 or more. No other discounts or sales promotions can be included when a special discount is applied to your order.
WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS!
Wholesale accounts can shop directly from our shop! Each wholesale account will receive a specially assigned discount code that must be entered at checkout in order to receive wholesale pricing.
To order customized jewelry designs (monograms, dates, etc.) and for larger quantities, please send me a convo to discuss ordering details.
Wholesale orders are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks.
