I'm the usual suspect when it comes to artists. Mom was one, grandparents were too ... having these generous, loving souls in my life shaped how I want to do business.

I wanted to more than "make a difference" I wanted to see the changes in someone's life for the better because we were supporting them.

I wanted to see lives saved and hunger ended -- those grand dreams - but are they so grand -

not really.

We started small. The miners we are supporting were sleeping in tarp tents, no shoes and eating what ever they could catch, which frequently enough was nothing. Their tools: a shovel, a crow bar, a few other blunt pole like objects (mostly broken tools), a diesel powered light and the biggest thing TNT.

Now they have a sod and corrugated metal shelter, shoes, proper meals, a jack hammer type drill and compressor unit, but we've also been there to help out during medical emergencies.

For however long we are able to do this. I've seen changes being made. No matter how small, even a smile can make the difference for someone....That's what I want to achieve with all of this.

One pebble can make ripples across the pond. You don't have to be a boulder ;)
