Thank you so much for visiting my shop! Feel free to browse my shop policies and if there is anything I may have overlooked or you may have a question about, please send a message and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.
I accept payment through Paypal only right now. For those who may be concerned: it is entirely possible to use Paypal without signing up for an account, simply use the guest checkout.
Please pay for your order within three days time. Sometimes, people put something in their cart accidentally or payment doesn't come through properly. If I do not receive verification of payment in three days time, I will cancel the order. If you have to delay payment for some reason let me know and we'll work it out!
I am open to partial payment systems, as well. If you would like to reserve an order and make payments over time, we can arrange it. Just let me know before making the purchase. Once the final payment is received, I will ship your item out!
I ship within 1 week from your date of purchase for pre-made items. Typically, this is on Mondays. Custom orders can take two to three weeks to sew, dye and ship. Please remember that I am a one-woman shop here! I will notify you immediately if there are any delays with your order. If you need something in a rush, I can arrange for overnight but please let me know beforehand so that shipping costs can be adjusted accordingly.
Shipping costs for individual items are on each listing page. I ship through the USPS- priority or first class, which typically takes 2-3 days for arrival in the U.S. If you would like insurance added to your purchase please let me know and I will add it to your shipping cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase, and will work with you until you are!
I don't usually give refunds, but will gladly exchange and/or repair any item that has an overlooked technical error. If sizing is an issue, I am happy to do alterations (buyer is responsible for resulting shipping costs). I try to accurately size and describe all items, so read carefully or ask if there are any questions regarding sizing and I can help! Please let me know right away of any issues and send the item back within one week in unworn, unwashed condition.
I cannot be responsible for errors in shipping (darn USPS!) but...am very happy to add insurance to your package upon request and will adjust shipping costs to account for this.

I am always needing things for the little ones and occasionally clothes for myself, so would be happy to support another ETSYian. So that we can both leave feedback for one another and be supportive of ETSY, trades are done through the shop and shipping is paid by each party for the others' item.
