Hi!

My name is Dani and i live in Liverpool England. I am the sole owner of Stitch With a Twist.

I started my adventure into crafts when i received a huge box of beads from a family member. I started to learn as much as i could watching youtube videos and soon i was creating lovely beaded bracelets and ring for myself, family and friends. Not long after i came across Polymer Clay, after seeing how much variety and freedom i could have with it i was sold. It was exactly what i wanted to let my creativity run wild. I opened an Etsy shop with my jewellery in but after discovering cross stitch and pattern making i decided i would open a second shop (Stitch With a Twist). I love to create pattern's that are not the 'norm'. Rather than a pretty pink fairy i prefer a dark slightly gothic one. Hopefully this will show in my designs as i grow my store. I hope to create all sort's of item's from pencil cases to keyring's using my designs.

Growing up watching Disney films as well as the like of The Rocky Horror Picture show, Death Becomes Her and Practical Magic i love all things creepy, quirky and Gothic. As well as Fun, Sparkly and magical :). I would describe my style as Disney meets Tim Burton.
