All the photos in my shop are available in various sizes. Some can be printed larger than others - it depends on the resolution of the individual print, as to how large it can go and still be of good quality.
Some can be cropped to different dimensions, but this will obviously change the look of the print.
All photos are printed by a professional lab who produce true photographic prints on Fuji Crystal Archive paper. Smaller sizes are posted in a hard backed envelope and larger sizes are sent to you in hard packaging tubes.

I will email you with a confirmation that I received your order, and again when your order is shipped.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
I will ship your item as soon as possible - it is usually possible to post within 5 working days of receiving the order as the lab has a quick turn around.
Smaller photos are sent in a hard backed, non bendable envelope. Larger photos are sent in a tube. If they are larger photos printed at the professional lab, they are posted to you exactly as the professional lab pack them.
I usually use the post office ( Royal Mail ) services to send photos, but if you would like it quicker, it can be sent by a courier express service at extra cost (paid by you). Please let me know if you would like this service, and I will be able to get a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not pleased with your item, please email me straight away (within 2 days of receiving the item) to let me know. Depending on the individual reason, I may accept returns if it is in its original condition and packaging . Shipping not included.
In the case of an item arriving damaged, I will send a replacement to you. Please let me know withing 2 days so I can make a claim against the post office. Please can you take a photo or 2 of the damaged packaging/photo, as the post office require this for insurance purposes.
