Handcrafted metalsmith artisan jewelry in sterling silver, copper, brass, bronze, gemstones and mixed metal designs. Earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets, brooches in ethnic, tribal, modern and contemporary styles. Our metal work is often eclectic and rustic with a distinct bohemian appeal. Our inspiration at Mocahete originates in a myriad of places, from the world around us, our own mindscapes and the a fusion of all most everything in between. Often myth, spirit and culture from ancient civilizations finds its way into our work to create meaningful designs for us and those who bear our creations. We have a passion for the richness of oxidized mixed metals and often mix them with gemstone and vintage glass cabochons for truly unique and exuberant wearable art jewelry pieces. Many of our handcrafted jewelry designs are one of a kind due to unique gemstone, vintage or other rare and unusual components and while we are not able to duplicate these designs we often can design something similar. Custom design is on a first come first serve basis and we encourage you to contact us in advance of a special occasion to allow us enough time to source materials and have your custom design ready for gift giving.
