Chocolate and Vanilla Ceramic Swan Planter by Modred12

$16.00 USD

This is a lovely swan planter in chocolate brown with white to yellow tips. It was made by Enesco of Japan and still has the original sticker. Very cute and classy. There is a small spot on the top/back (please see last picture) that looks/feels like a chip, but it still has paint so I think it's a factory flaw, as made in Japan ceramics from this time period don't always have the smoothest finish. He's a wonderful swan planter.

Height is approx. 5 1/4"-width from front neck area to tail is 7 3/4."

Thanks for looking, and if you have any other questions please let me know. It would be great for use or for your collection. It has splatters of brown, blue, white, yellow, and pink. There are some scratches from use, but it's minimal and the bowl is in above average condition.

It measures almost 10" in diameter and 4 1/2" tall. As always, shipping is a worse case estimate. If I'm over by more than $1.00 I will refund the overage though Paypal-please see store policies.

Thanks for looking, and if you have any questions please ask. He's lightweight and made of aluminum. There's only one side to him, he's not a complete mold. It does have some scratches and wear, but it makes him a charming little lamb.

Width from ear to tail is approx. 11 3/4"-height is just under 7 1/4."

Thanks for looking, and if you have any questions please let me know.
Summer Pastels Moderntone Platonite Mid Century Cups and Saucers by Modred12

$38.00 USD

This is a collection of 4 cups and saucers doen by Hazel Atlas Glass from the 1940s through the early 1950s. They are soft summer pastels in the Moderntone Platonite pattern. It's a timeless, yet modern, art deco look. The color on these are well above average. The saucers have a couple of scratches, esp. the yellow (the scratches are very small). The yellow cup has a small bit of color loss, feels like a small chip and some handle wear. I notice small flaws since I collect glass, but for the age these items are in well above average condition. Fired-on colors don't always stay on, and these have held up well. The set is unmarked.

Saucer diameter is 5 3/4"-cup height is approx 2 1/4"-width with handle is approx 4 3/4." As always, shipping is a worse case scenario and I refund and shipping overages over $1.00.

For more kitchen glass, please note below:

http://www.etsy.com/shop/Modred12?section_id=6441722

e4/12

Generations Photography Printing Press Block by Modred12

$8.00 USD

This is a photography block from the local newspaper that features five generations. It is a printing press item, and the metal photography plate is placed on a block of wood. This is a handmade process, so the plate overlaps the wood block just a tad (this is totally normal). Some minor typical scratching on the front. The back of the block has writing and dates from 1969. These are unique items for your home decor or collection. The wood is quality, I believe it's oak.

Height and width is 4." Thickness is approx. an inch.

Thanks for looking, and if you have any questions please ask.
Son of a Preacher Man Podium Lectern Wooden Desk by Modred12

$69.00 USD

You never know what you'll come across at an auction, and sometimes it's an item from an old church. I would have bought the altar had I the room, but my husband is patient enough with my vintage storage as it is, and I want the marriage to remain happy. I don't know when this was made, but appears to be handmade. The interior felt isn't exactly straight and you can see the nails on the back. The top has some spots (please zoom in on second picture) and there is some minor wood chips, writing on the interior top, and it's not a perfect close, but it does close and works fine. The pictures give you a great idea on the condition. Wonderful unique item for your home library, or give your home office a more official look.

Width is 17 3/4"-length is almost 14." Thickness/top bottom as shown in first picture is 3." Please note, this is a heavier, larger older item and will likely be shipped ground or Parcel Post. Please allow extra time for delivery. As always, shipping is a worse case estimate and I refund the shipping overage if over $1.00.

Thanks for looking, and if you have any questions please ask.
Morning Glory Salt and Pepper by Modred12

It technically wasn't their pattern, they were "inspired" by Corelle, but that's another story. Great looking vintage pair. There is a small spot on the milk glass and a couple of spots on the silver dome (please see first picture). These were used, they aren't mint, but there are no chips, cracks, and the transfer looks good. I would put the condition as above average.

Height is 3" at tallest point, bottom diameter is 1 3/4."

Thanks for looking, and if you have any questions please ask. It's for a Truck Camper Unit Permit Application for the State of Nebraka. As you can see, it does have wear, but a very unique home decor item or would work for your printing press collection. It does have writing on the wood, and appears to be from 1969. The wood is solid a quality, and I believe it's oak.

Height is 8"-width is just over 5." Thickness of wood is approx. one inch.

Thanks for your interest.
Industrial Decor Metal Vase for Him by Modred12

$75.00 USD

Some women love getting the vases and flowers for Valentine's day, but what about men? Doesn't he deserve a metal vase with welding rods for his Industrial decor? This is a vintage item that was handmade by the previous owner to hold welding rods. You can even see the red writing, they were labeled. I know nothing about welding rods, or welding, but this was made by the local handyman to suit his storage needs, and can be re-used as a great industrial decor item. It has been cleaned, but I made sure to keep the original charm and patina. The pipes don't hold water, so real flowers would be a bit tricky. This can be cleaned, or upcycled, or whatever you see fit. Solidly made, handmade item, and very heavy. You won't find another item like this, unless you can weld pipes to a vase and make one yourself, but then were would you get the handle?

Height is 8 1/4"-vase only. The welding rods are around 14." Handle tip to base end is approx. 15." Did I mention this is heavy? Will likely be mailed Parcel Post, so please allow at least a week to arrive. As always, shipping is a worse case scenario, if I'm over by more than $1.00 I refund the shipping overage.

Thanks for looking, and if you have any questions please ask. It has holes in the back and you could hang it on the wall, or use it to help organize your work space. It has some scatches, wear, and rust, but it still has a lot of life left in it. Still has a wonderful shine, as the pictures show. Flour, Sugar, Coffee, Tea and Bread stickers are still intact, but has some corner wear. Back is marked Spedco Products.

Height is 12""-Width is almost 18"-front to back is 10" at the widest point.
