Moerkey's Shop Policies
Thanks for shopping at Moerkey.
I make each item in my store individually from recycled and re-purposed materials. As a result of this, each item is unique, and there will be some slight variation in size, colour and weights from the listed description. Sourcing this material takes some time and this, along with my full time employment, will result in some absences from my shop but I will make every effort to keep you all informed.
Please enjoy these products but be careful as they will break or dent if dropped or miss-treated.
I accept Pay-pal for all orders. In addition, for orders in Australia I can organise an electronic invoice which can be paid by direct bank transfer.
I am currently not registered for GST (10%) in Australia and the prices reflect this.
International orders do not attract GST.
Once payment is confirmed every effort will be made to ship goods within the time frame listed when purchasing.
As most items are made to order this may take up to 2 weeks before ready for shipping.
Larger orders may require more time to create and I'll make every effort to liaise with the client and to fill these as soon as possible.
Goods will be wrapped in protective materials and boxed securely. I try to use recycled materials as much as possible
Free shipping in Australia.
Prices for international postage are based on AIR mail . SEA mail will be cheaper but will take up to 3 months for delivery. Any customs or additional international shipping charges will be charged to the client.
For multiple items postage will be adjusted for the total weight and size of the package. Any over payment in shipping will be refunded to the purchaser.
Postage charges include registered mail and extra insurance when required.
Items ordered will endeavour to be posted within 5 working days of confirmation of payment, any delays in fulfilling the order will be notified.
Refunds and Exchanges
Every attempt is made to package goods so they arrive safely and in good order. In the unlikely event that goods arrive in a damaged state a repair or replacement item will be arranged. Damage goods will need to be returned, if a local repair can not be arranged, at the expense of the purchaser, and a replacement item will be sent upon confirmation of goods being returned. Change of mind will not be a valid reason for a refund.
Please be sure of your purchase as I will refund only for goods arriving in a damaged state unless a repair can be arranged.
For international deliveries if they arrive damaged, all attempts will be made to repair if possible.
If I am unable to supply the goods ordered a full refund, including shipping costs will be made.

A repair service is offered for dropped or damaged goods.
The surface treatment on bowls and balls is food safe but susceptible to alcohol. Clean with a dry soft cloth. If required wash in cold to warm water only, with a mild detergent. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners, scours or metal polish. Timber rings should only require a wipe over with a slightly damp cloth.
