Business days are Monday through Friday...I am not online Friday afternoons/evenings, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays!! If you send a convo or place an order late in the week or during the weekend or holiday, it will be the following week or day after the holiday before I will be able to respond. In short, I want you to be assured I'm forever toiling away and certainly not ignoring you :)

Orders are shipped via First Class USPS 5-7 business days AFTER final approval is given on proof(s). I am not able to take on rush orders, so PLEASE understand these turnaround times before ordering :)
There are sections set up to ship orders USPS Priority Mail for faster delivery with tracking and delivery confirmation!

I send proofs, revisions, answer convos and print/ship orders IN THE ORDER THEY COME IN.
Sending numerous convos will only delay response time as I work oldest first... (ie.If you send a convo and I do not reply right away and you re-send it, that will simply look like a new convo, so will be answered AFTER the others in queue...)
Also note I work offline on all weekends, so it will be the following week before I can reply!!
