SHOP HOURS: Open 7 days a week.
Monday - Friday:
9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. During this timeframe, orders will be filled, revisions sent, and questions answered. Turnaround time is less than 2 business days. Inquiries will be answered via email only. This does not mean that questions will be answered instantly! I answer all questions in the same order in which they are received. I strive to answer all questions within approximately 24 hours -- this timeframe may fluctuate depending on order and inquiry volume.

Saturday & Sunday: No set hours - orders will be processed and questions answered at various times during the day/evening. I have 2 children and will be working around their activities/nap times! I do reserve the majority of the weekend for family time, so I do work very reduced hours. I do NOT offer RUSH processing or custom work on the weekend.

I am currently unable to accommodate from-scratch design requests. I am not always able to respond to these requests, as so many come in daily.

Modifications to current designs may be available -- please ask before ordering!!
If color changes are not discussed prior to purchase, I reserve the right to cancel order without notice. Most color changes do require additional design time, and an additional fee applies. (Minor color changes -- changing a border or font color, using colors in the invite, can often be accommodated.) If I am able to accommodate the request, a reserved listing will be set up. The reserved listing needs to be purchased within 24 hours, as order/inquiry volume changes daily.

When from-scratch design work is available, prices begin at $20.

All listings in this shop are for digital files (.jpg). I do not do any printing -- I'm just not set up to print for the order volume I currently have. Many customers print on cardstock at Kinko's/Office Max/Staples.

If you need your order fast, please convo me and I will set up a rush order listing for you if I am available to fulfill the request-- I understand that everyone wants a fast turnaround, however I fill the orders in the same order in which everything is received. If you want to move to the head of the line, a rush fee **WILL** need to be paid, as it's unfair to the people who get their orders in on time! Please note, rush turnarounds are not always available -- I do not work around the clock! If a same day rush request comes in after normal business hours, it likely cannot be accommodated -- next day service may be available. (ALSO -- Rush requests CANNOT be accommodated AFTER a purchase has already been made.) RUSH requests are not available on weekends. RUSH orders will be turned around in less than 24 hours.

The designs in my shop can be converted and used for any occasion or announcement that you may have. You can customize most fonts and wording to suit your personal style. These edits are included in the listing price. Additional photos and some color changes may be included, depending on the design. Drastic changes to the design/layout will likely incur an additional charge.

Also, if you have your own graphics or clipart that you'd like to incorporate into a design, please convo me about that too!

From scratch designs *will* incur a custom design fee.
