We never over harvest, always care for the wild gardens, often replant and spread seeds, and leave each area in its perfect state. If we need to purchase something to complete a product it is only purchased from people who hold the same beliefs in ethical practices.
Shipping is calculated per item. Orders are shipped via the United States Post Office (because, honestly, UPS doesn't service us very well up here).
