Moodwax candles are made in our studio along the banks of Deep River in the Great Lakes region of the USA. I offer beautiful, fragrant, clean burning candles made with my exclusive soy-paraffin blend of wax.

Each candle is handcrafted, which ensures superior quality. I love what I do, and hope you will enjoy my products.

Hello and welcome.

Payment

I accept payment through Paypal and Direct Checkout.

If payment has not been received within 7 days after purchase, transaction will be cancelled.

Residents of Indiana are subject to 7% sales tax.

Shipping

All orders shipped within the United States will be mailed with USPS using Priority or Flat Rate Priority. I will ship thru USPS using one of the methods listed above that is most cost effective.

If shipping is returned due to buyer's error (inaccurate address, etc), buyer will be sent an additional invoice via Paypal to cover cost of re-shipment. The item will re-ship upon payment.

Recycled packaging materials will be used whenever possible.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ:

For international shipping customers outside of the United States, if applicable, please note that all customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

I include an invoice with each package that corresponds with the customs form stating the full purchase price of each order. Please be aware your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes.

Please be aware that although I do pay to ship the item to you, as the seller I do not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, I am unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will pack your items with extreme care, but in the event there are any damages, notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and I will do everything within reason to correct the situation.
