Paypal works great for us.
We do expect prompt payment after purchase of an item. Please contact us if you are unable to pay immediately. Any purchase not paid for within three days with no contact will be cancelled.
We generally ship within three days of receipt of payment, via USPS using delivery confirmation if domestic. For international purchases, we also ship USPS; and expect the buyer to be aware of and responsible for any customs fees pertaining to their country. Should you need additional coverage, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.
Refunds and Exchanges
We guarantee the quality of our work, and while we do not offer refunds , we will exchange an item, should it not work out for you. If this is the case, please contact us to make arrangements. Exchanges will be sent out after we receive original item in it's original condition, at the buyer's expense.
We require that anyone requesting an exchange contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item.
