Please make sure your Paypal address is correct, as that is the one I ship to. I ship to the address Paypal supplies for you. If you would like your purchase to go to a different address enter it in the send gift to area in your paypal prior to completing your payment. This protects us both and there are no exceptions.
You are responsible to make sure that your PayPal address is updated, complete and correct. Be sure to include apt or unit #'s. If your address is wrong or incomplete and the PO deems it undeliverable, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost to reship.
I will be posting items three times a week, once I've posted your purchase I will send you a message saying it's on its way.

Shipping times in the UK using standard mail: 2-3 days
Shipping to the US, Canada, Australia, South America: 5-15 days
Shipping to Europe: 3-7 days

Refunds and Exchanges
If payment is not recived within 24hrs I will send you a reminder message. If there is no response within 3 days I will reluctantly have to cancel your order
“Buyer’s remorse” returns will not be accepted. Make sure you want the item before purchasing. Returns are possible if the piece you receive was not described accurately in the listing or is damaged in transit. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
You are responsible for all return costs, which must include delivery confirmation. Additionally, except for the case of damaged in transit, all items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund of the original purchase price, less the shipping. A refund will be issued promptly after returned items have been received and inspected, per these policies.
If your item is damaged please send me a picture of the damaged item right away and I will be more than happy to exchange it for you after you ship it back to me with the original packaging.
If an item is damaged in transit, please keep the item together with the box and packing materials and contact me immediately. If I make an insurance claim, I may need and require your cooperation.
