My work has always been about creating pieces that make people look twice.
I enjoy the thrill of using everyday objects in surprising ways such as bottle tops as wearable art or making jewellery out of fishnet stockings.
Having spent the past 7 years travelling and living in different parts of the world I am always inspired by the ever changing images and materials I encounter which together with my background in art and design form the basis behind my work.
Mother Was Right is a one woman show, from idea to final product. All my pieces are handmade and original ideas.
