Welcome
Moxie and Mischief is a collection of fun - and somewhat sassy - children's items.
All items are made with love and I strive for each and every piece to be one that I am not only proud to sell, but would be proud to own. I also don't believe in putting a high price tag on the items I create so everything you find in my store is affordable and reasonably priced.
Payment
Currently, I only accept paypal/credit card payments. Payment is due upon purchase of the item.
I hope that you don't cancel an order that is placed, but if for any reason you do need to cancel an order, please let me know immediately and I will work with you to refund payment and cancel the order. Orders that have been shipped can not be canceled.
Shipping
"As is" blocks are shipped within one week. Please allow up to 2 weeks for custom orders to be completed once color and pattern choices have been finalized and agreed upon by the buyer.
Shipping costs include shipping and handling fees.
Please be advised that once items ship, I am no longer responsible for the item. I can not issue refunds for lost or stolen items.
Refunds and Exchanges
I'm sorry, but I currently do not accept item returns. However, if your item arrives broken or damaged, please message me to return your item and I will be happy to send a replacement (if I have another of the same item), offer another item in exhange (if the damaged item is a one-time piece), or offer store credit.

HEADBAND SIZES
Headband sizes are based on the national average and will typically fit children who fall into the designated age range. Please measure your child's head if you are unsure if the size of the available headband will fit your child.
Preemie (13 inches)
Newborn (14 inches)
0-6 Months (15 inches)
6-12 Months (16 inches)
12-18 Months (17 inches)
18 Months - Child (17 inches)
Tween/Teen/Adult (19 inches)
*Please note that children younger than 12 months have very soft heads and that tight headbands will leave an indention in the head. When determining the correct sizing, choose a size that will simply slip on your infants head as opposed to having to be stretched to fit. After the age of 12 months (in most cases), a snug fit can be achieved without leaving marks.
