Mperaza's Shop Policies

Payment

I prefer payment via paypal and prefer it to be made upon your placing your order or within 3 days of purchase. If you need to send via a different method, please contact me prior to placing your order to make arrangements. International customers must pay via paypal and orders will be shipped to confirmed address shown on paypal payment.

Shipping

Shipping in the USA is priority mail. If you pay via paypal, I will ship the item to the address on the paypal account. If you pay via another method (i.e. check), your item will ship to the address shown on the check. International customer please ask me for shipping fees if not specified within the listing.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges must be requested and approved within 3 days of receipt of your item. The item must be returned in the exact condition it was shipped to you. Refunds will not be made until the item(s) is returned and verified to be in the condition it was sent to you and all funds have cleared. There are no refunds or exchanges for custom orders. Refunds are made via the same method as your original payment (i.e. if by paypal, then refund is by paypal; if by check, refund is also by check). Refunds will be given less shipping & handling fees (even if no extra fee was charged at time of purchase, the actual fee to ship your item will be deducted from your refund). Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Since my prices are already very low (at or below wholesale) I can not offer any further discount on these individual items. Custom orders in larger quantities may qualify for lower wholesale pricing, please inquire if you are interested in purchasing in quantity.
