The first wedding invitation I made was for my own wedding, and it did for a few reasons:
1. To save money.
2. I love to DIY.
3. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted.
A few years later and after making invites for several of my friends, I decided to start Mr. Handsomeface. I opened this shop because I knew there were other brides out there who had the same issues with wedding invites as I did. I want everyone to have access to affordable, fun, modern, unique, and pretty wedding invitations.
How do I do that?
Printable. Digital wedding invites are the best way to deal with those 3 concerns I had about my wedding.
1. Digital invites are inexpensive for a few reasons. When you print your own, you can control the cost of the printer, the paper and the envelopes. You also don't pay expensive shipping costs to get your invites to your home. It's all done instantly over email.
2. You're crafty. You're creative. That's probably why you're shopping on Etsy right now. Buying printable invites let's you get involved in the process by choosing your own paper, your own envelopes and cutting the invites. You can even do fun things like add embellishments or make coordinating envelope liners!
3. I know that the hip brides who buy my invites are probably not the traditional 'letterpress monogram in a curly font' type brides. You want some unique and quirky but still beautiful and classy. That is what I strive for when I design an invite. It will be something your quests have never seen before, but still lovely enough to send to your grandma.
I want to thank you for stopping by my little shop. I really appreciate you taking the time to have a look when there are so many talented sellers on Etsy. If you have any questions, concerns, a custom request, or just wanna have a chat, please send me a message. I'd love to hear from you.
