Payment
We can only except PayPal at this time.
All products are posted within 1 or 2 working days once payment has been cleared.
Please make payment within 2 days of purchase, otherwise we will re-list the item.
Please let us know if you need more time to make a payment.
Shipping
Please Note: Insurance is not added unless requested. Please convo us before buying if you would like to insure your order.
UK - We ship all items by Royal Mail First Class. Please allow 2-3 business days for your items to be shipped once your payment has been cleared. If you would like your order sent via Special Delivery or Signed For please contact us before you make your purchase to sort out costings.
All International orders are shipped using Royal Mail's First Class International service, please allow an estimated 6-15 business days, but note this cannot be guaranteed due to each destination and custom process. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges.
We cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped, and proof of postage is always kept for our records.
Please make sure your PayPal address is correct. If you want your package to arrive at another address, or be specifically gift-wrapped with a message, please let us know in the note to seller or by convo.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you will be 100% happy with your order; if however you are really unhappy about your purchase please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your order and we will work something out.
All returned items must be in the original condition, i.e: unsoiled, undamaged and unwashed.
Please note: Shipping is not refunded.

Unless prior-approved by us, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we haven't received payment or any communication within 4 days of transaction.
If you have seen anything in the shop you would like us to personalise or alter for you then let us know, we also welcome custom orders with open arms.
With some products please be aware that although they have been made with care and attention, they are not safety checked, and may not be suitable for small children.
