Mothers Day & Teacher Gifts:
Personalized and/or custom orders placed after Monday April 29th cannot be guaranteed to arrive by Mothers Day. Please do not place an order after that date if you must have it in time for Mothers Day. We will not be able to send replies to those orders that come in asking for exceptions. Please place orders before the deadline, or, feel free to have us ship the item directly to the recipient as a belated gift.

Its that time of the year again! If you are needing a personalized item in time for Mothers Day, or End of the school year, Do Not Delay! As stated in the listing, these personalized items are made to order, and can take up to 30 days to complete before they ship out. We have extra help in the studio for the next few weeks to keep these orders processing quickly, but they are made in the order in which they are received. April and May are just as busy as the Christmas season for us so please understand last minute orders may not be guaranteed to arrive in time for the special day. We will keep a notice here telling when the cut-off date is for guaranteed Mothers Day delivery. This could change unexpectedly if we get a swarm of orders so please don't delay placing your order if you know you plan to order.

Custom orders are running approx 30 days to complete before shipping. In-Stock items are shipped out within approx 10 business days after receiving payment. Please note, International shipments are dropped off at our local Post Office once per week. International Shipping Costs are for 1st Class International which has been known to take longer to arrive. If you would like to upgrade to Priority International, please convo me for cost.
